Are Pintola products truly natural and free from preservatives?
Yes, our nut butters are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use hydrogenated oils, artificial preservatives, or stabilizers, which is why you may see natural oil separation at the top.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Why is there oil sitting on top of my peanut butter jar?
Natural peanut butter contains no emulsifiers, so the peanut oil naturally separates over time. Simply stir it back in to restore the creamy consistency.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the seal is broken. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic market through our website. However, we are working on expanding our reach to international nut butter lovers soon.
Are your products suitable for vegans and keto diets?
Most of our products, especially our Unsweetened Peanut Butters, are vegan-friendly and highly recommended for Keto and Paleo diets due to their high protein and healthy fat content.
